Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Miaou pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners are intact and included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; you will receive a refund confirmation once our warehouse validates the return.
